DeSENSED guarantees safe delivery of your orders. We exchange all Defect On Arrival (DOA) item(s).

Refund/exchange time frame
The refund/exchange process will tool within 7 days from the dispute date (for non-returning order) OR 7 days after we received the returning order.
Policy for defective/broken products
In the case of defective/broken products,
Customer must contact us and be in receipt of a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number before sending any item back. Any product without a RMA number will not be refunded.
If when the customer receive your product(s) and are not completely satisfied, you may return the items to us, within seven days for exchange or refund. Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.
If products are altered or modified – warranty and money back guarantee become void.
The money back guarantee does not cover volume/wholesale and customized orders.
All warranty will be immediately invalidated if unauthorized repairs are made or attempted by unauthorized personnel or the documents have been altered in any way or made illegible or the model or production number on the product has been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible.
This warranty does not cover accident, misuse, incorrect line voltage, improper installation, transport damage, altered serial number, connection to non compatible hardware and the like.
This warranty does not cover customer self physical damage.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damage (including without limitation any loss of profits) arising from use of the product purchased or any breach of this warranty.
This warranty does not cover if it is defects caused by abuse or misuse of the product.
DeSENSED will not responsible for lost and damaged during delivery by courier service. All claims of damage/lost in transit will inform the buyer if the claim is successful. However, buyer has the right to claim from the courier company.
Shipping method/fees for returning products
We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery. DeSENSED will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Shipping back to DeSENSED is paid for by the customer in advance. DeSENSED will reimburse the shipping fees IF AND ONLY the products is Defect On Arrival for domestic order.
Shipping company has to be agreed by DeSENSED if buyer intend to claim for the shipping fees.
For customer who change their mind about the purchase
Customer may cancel the order if the order is not yet ship, we do not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly
Non-Returnable
Discounted or end of line products can only be returned for repair. No refunds or replacements will be made.
All item under categories basic/raw component are not returnable.
Incorrect/Damaged Goods
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive the products ordered, please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately.
